The Edgewater Redevelopment Authority exercises powers enumerated in Colorado Revised Statutes §31-25-101 et seq. Specifically, the Authority is responsible for curing blight conditions in the City of Edgewater pursuant to the Authority’s adopted Urban Renewal Plan.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month or as needed.
