Effective May 1st, 2026, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied by the payment processor to all utility payments made using a credit or debit card. To avoid this fee, customers may choose to pay via ACH, cash, or check. Residents currently enrolled in autopay with a credit or debit card are advised to review and, if desired, update their payment method prior to May 1 to prevent incurring the fee at https://www.xpressbillpay.com/#/.
