Celebrate Earth Day with an afternoon of cinematic storytelling and community conversation! Doors open at 3:30pm with the films starting at 4pm.
On Saturday, April 18th, join Slow Food Denver and the City of Edgewater at the Edgewater Civic Center for a curated selection of films from the Colorado Environmental Film Festival, highlighting the vital intersection of nature, sustainability, and the human spirit. The showcase also features an exclusive short film by Yum Town, offering an intimate look at the local farmers, producers, and chefs who have earned the Snail of Approval for their commitment to "good, clean, and fair" food.
Following the screenings, we will host a live Q&A with several Snail of Approval awardees, giving you the chance to hear firsthand how these local leaders are championing environmental stewardship through our regional food system.
